A tester is used to give his opinion. So the Testersuite Team asked all users of Testersuite to give their opinion about the tool. Like back in our schooldays we where excited to see what our Christmas report would look like. What for score would we get from the Testersuite users.
And here are the results
Drum roll …………… a 8.3! And we are very happy with that …
The Testersuite team has achieved great business again last year. And we have done this with one goal: creating fans! We realize that a 8.3 is a nice result, but it can always be done better. And that is what we as Testersuite team want to achieve for 2019, from good to great!
In order to be able to interpret the report result even better, we also carried out an NPS (Net Promoter Score) measurement. This resulted in a very high NPS of 40.5. Translated, this means that a very large number of users would recommend Testersuite to a friend or colleague. If you hold this against an usual NPS of 20-30 in business services, you know that Testersuite carries a big responsibility towards the tester to secure the level.
Hold on to our vision
By sticking to our vision that testing should be simple and easy for the tester, we have helped many organizations, test managers, project managers and IT managers to take their testing process to a higher maturity level . This also means that we enter into a dialogue with our customers and involve them in the latest developments. Is all the feedback we receive from Testersuite users valuable? Not when it conflicts with our vision that testing should be simple and easy for the tester. And for this reason we are also appreciated.
